Simon Bardason  21 Male 5'5'' & 125 Pansexual Civilian Blacksmith Dew | personality A rather hard person to get to trust you, Simon makes everything difficult with anyone that wants to be his friend or something more. He doesn't trust easily and has a few layers you have to fight through before he will even consider opening up to you. To those that meet him for the first time, he is open (or so it seems) and he is welcoming and happy. This is a ploy to get more customers and to be left alone.The next wall anyone will meet when trying to get close to him is one of pure hatred. He is sadistic, he likes to see people in pain, and he will be as hateful as he can be to be left alone. This is to scare people off, to get them to leave. He will beat someone up, just out of the pure fear of getting hurt first. He pushes people away with this wall, and he will try to do it for as long as he can. Those that can deal with it can get to the third wall. He turns cold and distant, trying to ignore others to get them away from him. He won't talk to you, and will pretend you are not there. He will be cruel in his words, but doesn't have the heart to hurt the person that gets this far physically. He's already getting attached, which is what he wants to avoid at all cost. Anyone that can last through this layer will get to the fourth wall. The fourth wall, he is depressed and silent. Still cold and ignoring others, but his attitude changes to being sluggish around those that get to this part of him. It is an internal struggle not to get attached, in the fear of losing them like he did both of his parents. Anyone that can survive this final wall will get to who Simon was when he was a child, and to who he is below the hard outer exterior. Simon is, internally, a warm, loveable, friendly person that will do his best to make whoever managed to worm this deep into his heart happy. He is loyal, he is honest. He will always try to tell them the truth and he is very affectionate, trying to always make them happy and feel loved. He is very cuddly when someone gets this far but also gets very jealous around other people that he thinks are trying to take that person away from him. Otherwise, he is a really loving person. Just not at first. history Dragon training never was Simon's go-to dream job. He loved dragons and wished to live with them and wanted to under stand them, but he was more interested in working with his hands than training dragons all day long. That was why he never enrolled in the school and kept to himself. Given he does work with the school at times. It all started when he was younger, born to a family of blacksmiths. You couldn't live in a world of dragons without someone that knew how to work metal. His family started out making weapons to kill dragons with. As well as making armor.Now, he focuses on weapons for both the rider and the dragon, and well as armor for them both. He is one of the best in the village, but he wasn't always. When he first learned how to hold a hammer to beat metal down with, he was four years old. He was horrible at it, only being able to make very odd looking nails, but his father never let him quit. He kept learning every day and was never allowed to rest until he got it right. When he was eight, his home burned down thanks to a fire started by some rival blacksmiths in his village. Only his father escaped, having to leave his mother behind. While his father was trying to stop the spread of the fire, Agma came to his rescue, being a young Nightmare recently found in the wild by the villagers. The dragon took Simon to a safe place to watch the fire, trying to comfort him. By the time he was ten, they had fully moved away from the old village and into a comfortable home near the DDA. Simon, despite urgings from his father, refused to attend. His heart and skills were with the smith. His father disappeared when he was twelve, leaving Simon all alone. Thankfully, he wasn't aline entirely. Angel and Citrus were there, the Zippleback acting in place of his mother ever since he found the injured twin-headed dragon out in the local forest. Agma helped as well, trying to teach Simon about fire and the like. He was on his own in a world he didn't understand. He got better with his abilities, being able to craft metal into nearly anything. By the time he was fifteen, he already gathered his four little Terrors to help him get request and helped him to deliver the news when one of the works were done. He started from scratch n a new place, all alone, but he managed to make a pretty good business out of it. Crafting armor and the like into anything that was needed. He was pretty well off on his own, when you thought about it. Now at the age of twenty one, he is still working at the smithy. Minding his own business, but still trying to help out the school near them. Strong future dragon trainers meant a strong need fore more blacksmiths later on. One could say he was looking out for himself, and not others. dragons Angel (left head facing them) and Citrus (right head, facing them) - Hideous Zippleback Female Coloration: Onyx black with crimson detailing and blood red horns and under-wings. White underbelly. Temperament: Angel and Citrus are a kind girls that are very patient. Their main focus is to help Simon with his work and to help him run errands so he can rest more often than not. With strangers, they are friendly and the like, but wary of them and will keep their attacks at the ready. They don't argue often and will usually keep out of any and all fights to help keep everyone calm, but they do have an anger and they will use it. They get annoyed easily with the Terrors, besides Marlo, and will start fights if they get angry enough. Likes: -Helping Simon work -Running errands -Sleeping by the furnace -Cuddling -Flying Dislikes: -Strangers bothering Simon -Being told she can't help -Not being able to fly when it is break time -Water -Thunderstorms Agma - Monstrous Nightmare  Male Coloration: Black with white skeletal markings. White horns and a cream underbelly. Temperament: Agma is a very quiet dragon that will never make a noise. he usually sneaks up on people at the worst of times but is a real sweet heart deep down. He is very loyal to Simon and his other dragons, and will try to help out whenever he can. He is very calm and won't get involved in silly arguments if he can help it. He is a peacekeeper, however, and will get in between fights between Simon's other dragons to try and keep them all calm. He is also known for smothering Simon when he gets too annoyed or overworked, to help him relax. Nothing like Nightmare snuggles to sooth an angry soul, and Agma thinks. Likes: -Peace -Everyone being happy -Thunderstorms and swimming -Helping Simon using his fire -Patrolling their home Dislikes: -Fighting -Rude people and dragons -Having to roar -Clear skies -Not being able to swim Marlo - Terrible Terror #1  Male Coloration: Solid grey with some light purple detailing. Temperament: Marlo is an interesting little Terror that seems to be smarter than the average little dragon. He is usually calm but is very possessive over Simon. He's usually on the man's head or riding on his shoulder or touching him in some way. If he isn't, then he went to go eat or something, but being near Simon is his main job. He's not the head mail carrier and will usually just relax while Simon is working, but he is the dragon that judges any that come to Simon. If they aren't worthy in Marlo's eyes, he will try to chase them off. Likes: -Being near Simon at all times -Sleeping with Simon -Eating with Simon -People praising Simon -Snuggling with Simon Dislikes: -People that are mean to Simon -Anyone that isn't Simon -Dragons that are mean to Simon -Not being able to sleep with Simon -Getting chewed out by Simon Hades - Terrible Terror #2 Male Coloration: Blood red with black stripes and under-wings. Temperament: Hades is a very cuddly dragon that loves to spend time with his fellow dragons and master. He is so addicted to praise an attention that he will do anything for it, from nearly anyone. He is wary of strangers that Simon's other dragons don't like, and has a habit of hiding behind Agma or Simon or Angel and Citrus for comfort. Otherwise, he is a tough little dragon with a very strong fire. Likes: -Being petted -Attention -Snuggling -Making new friends -Playing Dislikes: -Bullies -Being ignored -No snuggling -Making enemies -Not being able to play Frost - Terrible Terror #3 Male Coloration: White with icy blue detailing. Temperament: Frost is like Agma, but more stealthy. If you need something stolen, Frost is your Terror. He is very calm, though, and doesn't steal for fun. He's pretty intelligent and can work out basic problems, and is said to be smarter than Marlo. He mainly hangs around Agma for the company, but also because he doesn't like moving and enjoys studying people and things more. Likes: -Studying things -Not being bothered -Being quiet -Resting on dying embers -Bread Dislikes: -Summer -Hail storms -Being forced to make noise -Strangers -Yams Shiro - Terrible Terror #4 Male Coloration: Solid black. Temperament: A sweet heart, Shiro is a little bigger than other Terrors and has some trouble moving around on his legs due to it. His wings are slightly larger, too, making flying a lot easier. He enjoys being with others, especially with Agma and Angel and Citrus. He also loves getting attention from Simon and watching him work. He might be a Terror, but he will fight like a Nightmare if one member of his family is messed with. He is very loyal, and has been known to go flying at people with ready claws if they make Simon angry. He is always willing to please his trainer in any way. Likes: -Watching Simon work -Getting petted -Treats -Watching rain and playing in it -Watching snow and playing in it Dislikes: -Loud noises -Bullies -Sudden changes in people and dragons (happy to angry) -Getting picked on -Simon being angry general -Wears the eye patch to hide his heterochromia; his right eye is an icy blue, unlike his green left eye.-Usually wears covering clothing when he's not working to hide many scars from his job. -Is very muscular, but underweight.
